"Never can tell" is a classic Norfolk Broads half decker built around 1900. She is clinker built and gaff rigged. She was fully restored about 20 years ago and is now in very good condition. She is run, maintained and sailed by a group of trustees who pay and annual contribution in monthly installments. She is moored in a dyke on the Norfolk broads national park and regularly maintained by a local boatyard. Trustees can usually book and sail as often as they wish without additional fees. We're moving a large converted tanker barge (43x10m) to Lowestoft. There it will be on a residential mooring and we're going to run it as an Air BnB venture - targeting large family gatherings when we're allowed to gather again! There are 16 bedrooms in 4 apartments on board, 11 of which are large and ensuite. There is one main large social area, plus 3 others with kitchens.
