Description
Part share in SAOR; a Nicholson 345, berthed at Suffolk Yacht Harbour.
We are a small friendly Syndicate with presently 6 members. SAOR is available for members to sail with friends, family, or other members and is Ideal for cruising the East coast. We also have an extended annual cruise to the Solent where the boat is available for members and their guests.
We're guided by a concise constitution with maintenance and booking (shared calendar) run on a fairly informal basis. It has proven to be very rare not to be able to sail when wanted. We hold an AGM in Autumn each year where we plan maintenance and discuss the coming years extended cruise etc .
In Autumn 2024 SAOR replaced our previous boat Renegade, and you will be able to view many years of sailing on the respective websites.
On top of the buy-in for part ownership, members will pay a yearly maintenance fee currently estimated at £1,600 which covers all foreseen berthing and maintenance costs.
This is an opportunity for someone with some sailing experience to sail on a great boat at very reasonable cost.
