Description

We are inviting applications to join a new syndicate based on a 1996 Moody 36 MK2 CC.
There will be 5 share holders
The founder members have operated a well-run syndicate for many years.
The boat will be Marina based in the Chichester Harbour area.
The buying price stated is for a 20% share and includes the purchasing of the boat and planned improvements over the winter months, maintenance and winter berthing through to March 2025.
All financial arrangements will be open book with all costs shared equally.
The 2025 budget commencing March (25) will require a monthly payment of £240 per share holder.
Allocation of sailing time will rotate between the five members with opportunity to share sailing and swap time if required.
Syndicate members will equally share the maintenance and general responsibilities for operating the yacht.
Working of the syndicate will be governed by a comprehensive contract.
The objective is to create a friendly, well run syndicate, which will allow the members, their families and friends the use of a well-maintained quality boat at an affordable price.
