Here is for sale a 40ft all steel cruiser stern narrow boat by Hancock & Lane in 1980. Called 'MON VIEUX'

The engine is a lister Sr2 air coolled engine with recent exhaust system.

Entering the stern doors you are met by the Aldi gas boiler serving the radiators for the vessels heating & hanging room for those wet clothes.

You then have 2 single seating areas that can be used for single beds or make up as a full size cross over double.

Then comes a toilet room to the port side which houses a modern Thetford c200 cassette toilet & hand basin. Opposite this is a full stand up thermo shower. If both doors open it offers a full width Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Hot water is supplied by new unused morco gas heater.

Entering the galley you have a new full size 12v fridge with freezer compartment,  brand new full domestic size gas oven,hob, grill.Stainless Sink & drained. Ample storage with all pots pans plates etc included.

Then at the stern you have a lovely dinette for eating, reading, playing cards you name it.

This also converts into the other double berth.

Outside at the bow is a cratch board and cover which does need some tlc.

'MON VEIUX' comes with a full BSC until 21st October 2022.

The vessel is currently moored at the sought after Bosworth Marina  on the Ashby Canal.

Mooring the boat at the marina may be transferable.

I am selling on behalf of a friend who bought it for family to enjoy but there not interested at this strange time.
