Selling my 36ft Feeling 1090, currently ashore in Lefkada Greece.

I love this yacht but a combination of circumstances have led me to sell. Bought Autumn '24 and immediately stored ashore for the winter. Insurance survey Spring '25 valued at £30k as she was but a list of work needing to be done:

14000 Euros spent during Spring/Summer '25. New standing rigging, new jib furling system, new seacocks, new antifoul etc.. However, the company fitting standing rigging had promised to deal with the area where the backstay attaches which the survey had flagged up as needing strengthening, and they failed to do this. They went ahead and fitted and tensioned the rigging without the strengthening work and thus, because at that stage of the year all the companies dealing with fibreglass were booked up for the summer, I had to place her ashore again.

The work on that backstay point still needs doing - I can put you in touch with the British-Greek partnership, very well reviewed, who I lined up to do the work (needed to be left until winter rains have passed)... their quote is Euros 5500. However, as my grown-up children have shown no interest in coming to sail, I have decided to sell.

In theory with the new standing rigging, jib furler (9500 Euros spent on those two alone) etc. the value should be up around £40k but I am asking much less. There is little movement on the asking price. I am happy to get the outstanding task completed for a buyer, upon payment of a deposit, or they can sort themselves.

The PentaMarine engine was installed in 2003 and runs great.
